Our flush casement windows are often specified when replacement windows are required in a conservation area by local planning departments.
The flush casement windows are built to the exacting high standards as all our other bespoke windows, but they’re built with the casement fitting flush with the outer frame. They offer the same benefits: durability, excellent weather sealing and high security.
Flush casement window specification:
- Manufactured using engineered and laminated timbers for increased stability. Kiln dried softwoods and hardwoods are also available.
- Espagnolette locks with shoot bolts are fitted with lockable handles.
- High security stainless steel friction stay hinges with easy clean facility which allows cleaning of the external face of glass from inside.
- All sashes and frames are constructed using traditional mortice and tenon joints for maximum strength and long life.
- All opening sashes are fully draught sealed using high performance gaskets.
- Fully factory spray applied decoration to any RAL or BS colour with a selection of stain finishes also available.
