Our 1930s-style front doors are relatively new to our bespoke range. They were inspired by our similar 1920s door design. However, the 1930s design features a large glazed top panel, a newly-designed frieze to the middle rail and a crown moulding to the top rail. This contributes to the authentic 1930s-period feel.
Our 1930s design is often requested by customers. It’s easy to see why it’s popular, both the elegantly scalloped frieze and decorative stained glass panel add real charm to this door.

Our beautiful 1930s front doors are handcrafted by our team of skilled craftsmen, who boast decades of experience in the woodworking industry. Although our workshop is located in Nottingham (East Midlands), we’re happy to deliver our doors further afield.
All of our front doors offer exceptional security. We craft our doors from Accoya timber, a high-performance wood that is s scientifically proven to be hardwearing, long-lasting and reliable. It’s a “class-1” timber that is virtually rot-proof and specially treated to last over 50 years, which makes it perfect for our external doors.
Our doors are reinforced with a steel inlay and fitted with one of Avocet’s ABS diamond standard cylinder locks. Avocet is renowned for selling the most secure locks in the industry.
