Traditional front doors made in Britain:

Each traditional front door is designed and manufactured by hand in our Nottingham workshop by skilled British craftsmen who have decades of experience and thoroughly understand the science of timber. Although our workshop is based in the East Midlands, we will arrange nationwide delivery.

Using time-honoured techniques, we go to extraordinary lengths to create each bespoke door. We believe our traditional front doors will exceed performance, security and quality of any other doors in the marketplace today. We use high quality timber from Accoya, a specially treated, virtually rot proof wood that has been scientifically tested by leading institutes across the world. The wood is renowned for being exceedingly durable, ultra long lasting and very strong. It also retains paint and varnish better than other woods. We fit all of our wooden front doors with with Avocet’s ABS diamond standard cylinder locks, the most secure locks in the industry.
